Accomplishments at FINLEY include design and construction of over 50 bridges in 50 months. Recently completed was the design and construction engineering of 16 bridges in Israel including Road 431, Section 18 and the Benjamina Bridge; 3 large cast-in-place segmental bridges, the Kanawha River Bridge in West Virginia and the South Fork Eel River – Confusion Hill Bridge in California and 4th Street Bridge (SH96A) over the Arkansas River in Pueblo Colorado; and 3 steel bridges, Estero Parkway Flyover, Miami Intermodal Center-Bridge 10-A, both value engineered redesign projects in Florida; and the Louisville Waterfront Park Phase III-Big Four Pedestrian Ramp in Louisville, Kentucky.

The latest construction engineering project for FINLEY is the Chelsea Street Bridge Replacement which broke ground in March. FINLEY has developed an erection scheme for the new 450 feet long vertical lift bridge that allows the truss to be erected on-site and launched into its final position. The launch sequence is particularly challenging as the vertical lift span truss must be in position and raised within 60 hours to re-open this critical navigational channel in the Chelsea River. FINLEY is designing the specialized launching equipment, temporary supports and launching geometry.
