Projects

Accomplishments at FINLEY include design and construction of over 50 bridges in 50 months. Completed projects include design and construction engineering of 16 bridges in Israel including Road 431, Section 18 and the Benjamina Bridge; 3 large cast-in-place segmental bridges, the Kanawha River Bridge in West Virginia and the South Fork Eel River – Confusion Hill Bridge in California and 4th Street Bridge (SH96A) over the Arkansas River in Pueblo Colorado; and 3 steel bridges, Estero Parkway Flyover, Miami Intermodal Center-Bridge 10-A, both value engineered redesign projects in Florida; and the Louisville Waterfront Park Phase III-Big Four Pedestrian Ramp in Louisville, Kentucky.

The latest FINLEY projects include the Antlers Bridge Replacement project, CA; Marble Falls Bridge, TX; I-595 Expansion Project and the Palmetto Section 5-SR-826/836 both in Florida; the Vai Town Bridge, Liberia; Mon/Fayette Expressway - Section 5H, PA; Chelsea Street Bridge Replacement project and the Wellesley Bridge Cedar Street over Route 9, both in Massachusetts.
