FINLEY TO SPEAK AT ISRAELI ENGINEERS CONFERENCE
TALLAHASSEE, Florida - Craig Finley, president and founder of bridge engineering and construction consultant Finley Engineering Group, is a featured speaker at the annual conference of the Israeli Society of Structural and Infrastructure Engineers. The event will be held November 28, 2006, at the Dan Panorama hotel in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
Finley will speak at the Opening General Session. His talk, entitled "Is it Different? Project Management for Design Build/Fast Track Projects," will address several topics including quality control, construction on preliminary design, scheduling/budgeting and data management.
Finley will also deliver a keynote presentation at the event's Structural Session entitled "Project Management for Bridge Projects - Techniques in Planning and Controlling Design and Construction." In this talk, he will discuss planning, organization, scheduling, budgeting corrective actions and close-out.

Finley has had significant experience working in Israel throughout his 25-plus-year career. His firm is currently working on the Road 431 project, a $600 million (U.S. dollars) reconstruction of several kilometers of urban roadway. The project includes nine precast segmental interchange bridges that Finley Engineering Group is designing.
