Ironton-Russell Bridge Replacement. Ohio/Kentucky

FINLEY developed a construction sequence that casts the back spans on falsework. This sequence results in a savings of time, simplifies construction and reduces the equipment required for the cable stayed portion of the project. The falsework system also has the ability to support all construction equipment required for the pylons and deck, minimizing the need for marine operations. An innovative precast stay anchor block system simplifies stay cable anchorage placement, speeds up segment construction and simplifies the form traveler system by eliminating the need for a temporary stay anchorage.
