Finley Engineering Group, Inc. (FINLEY) is a specialty engineering firm recognized nationally and internationally for its expertise in complex bridge projects of all kinds.

Our niche is supplying the all-important link between engineering and construction on these projects. Our strength is that we understand both processes and do not see a separation between design and construction. And our culture respects the broad and deep experience of our staff, fosters creativity within the bounds of real-world solutions, and embraces the latest technological tools to deliver the best, most cost-effective results to our clients.

We exist to strengthen the link between design and construction, to provide technically innovative solutions to infrastructure challenges, and to focus on commonsense constructibility for our Contractor, Owner, and Engineer clients.

Background

Finley Engineering Group, Inc. was incorporated in October 2004 by Craig Finley, Jr., P.E., Managing Principal. An industry leader for over 30 years, Craig served as the head of the Bridge and Tunnel Division of Parsons Corporation and co-founded Finley McNary Engineers prior to its acquisition by Parsons in 2001.

In May 2005, FINLEY expanded the design and management team to include internationally renowned bridge designer Jacques Combault as Technical Director; Sherry Martin Graganella, CPA and Principal in charge of Finance and Administration, and Jerry Pfuntner, S.E., P.E., Principal and Regional Office Manager. The company has grown steadily over the past nine years to 18 employees.
