Craig Finley is the
founder and Managing Principal of Finley Engineering Group. With over
two decades of experience and numerous high-profile projects
in his portfolio, Craig is among the acknowledged leaders
in the bridge engineering and construction industry. He has
been honored for his service to the industry with Leadership
Awards from the American Segmental Bridge Institute (ASBI)
in 1995 and 2004; he is the only two-time recipient. Craig
was also listed among ENR’s Newsmakers of 1995 for his
contribution to the innovative construction techniques used
for the Presumpscot Falls River Bridge near Falmouth, Maine,
the first cast-in-place, cable-stayed bridge built in North
America.

JACQUES
COMBAULT

Director |
Jacques is one of the
world’s leading experts in the design and construction
engineering of cable-stayed and long-span bridges. During
his distinguished, award-winning career, Jacques played a
major role in some of the most innovative bridge projects
of the past several decades, including the Sunshine Skyway
Bridge in Tampa, the Brotonne Bridge on the Seine River in
France, the Rion-Antirion in the Gulf of Corinth, Greece,
and the Sutong Bridge Project in China. A frequent collaborator
with legendary bridge designer Jean Muller, Jacques is a two-time
nominee as ENR magazine’s Man of the Year.

Jerry
M. Pfuntner, P.E.
Principal |
Jerry has a uniquely diverse background in the field of bridge engineering, having performed design, construction engineering, field engineering, bridge inspection and general consultant roles. He has been involved in the design of a variety of bridge structure types, including flat slab, prestressed I-girder, steel girder, precast segmental balanced cantilever, cast-in-place segmental, precast span-x-span bridges, tied-arch bridges and cable-stayed bridges. Notable design experience includes ship impact analysis, finite element analysis, seismic analysis, strut-and-tie modeling and time dependent analysis.
