Finley
Engineering Group, Inc. (FINLEY) is a specialty engineering
firm recognized nationally and internationally for its expertise
in complex bridge projects of all kinds.
Our niche is supplying the all-important link between engineering
and construction on these projects. Our strength is that we
understand both sides; we do not see a line between design and
construction. And our culture respects the broad and deep experience
of our staff, fosters creativity within the bounds of real-world
solutions, and embraces the latest technological tools to deliver
the best, most cost-effective results to our clients.
Our mission is to provide high-level expertise
to all aspects and phases of major bridge construction projects
throughout the United States and overseas.
Finley Engineering Group was incorporated in
October 2004 by Craig Finley. Previously, Craig was head of
the Bridge and Tunnel Division of Parsons Corporation, one
of the world’s largest engineering firms. Prior to that,
Craig co-founded Finley McNary Engineers, a bridge engineering
firm that grew to 60 people before Parsons acquired it.
In May 2005, internationally renowned bridge designer Jacques Combault joined the firm as technical director. Sherry Martin, principal in charge of Finance and Administration, and Jerry Pfuntner, Principal/Senior Bridge Engineer, round out the management team.
